Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-15 business days depending on Location and Shipment Mode. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes (For International Shipments- Coming Soon)


Li'l Twinkies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages (Applies to Shipments within the Philippines)

Li'l Twinkies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Otherwise, you can contact our Customer Support at (+632) 703-5097 during business hours: Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm; Sat: 8am-4pm.


Please save all documents, packaging materials and damaged goods as reference before filing a claim.

Thank you, we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with Return Form and Proof of Purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges if the product has not been approved with valid RMA# or if proven to be an omission by customer upon checking by our Quality Check Department. We shall credit the return shipping amount to your account once the replacement item has been successfully delivered to you. Hence, we strongly recommend that you use a traceable method with printed waybill issued by the express courier to mail your return.

Replacement Items

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least twelve to thirth (12-30) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be exchanged:

- Used/Tried Purchased Items (Please understand that all our items are intended to be personal and hygienic. Thus, used purchased items will no longer be considered as valid for exchange.)

- Destroyed Packaging (to be deemed used by customer)


- Sale or Discounted Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

- Products to return must be of the same condition as when received (same condition for item; same condition for packaging). Used items will no longer be considered.

- We only accept returns due to factory defect and/or wrong items delivered. Otherwise, it will be considered as FINAL SALE.

- No completed return form with original proof of purchase, No exchange.
